Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of R&D, the kitchen porter will execute projects assigned by the Sr. Manager of R&D, and assist with kitchen maintenance. The kitchen porter is at the very beginning of what Crumbl’s thousands of fans get to experience each week.
Duties And Responsibilities
Assist with fulfilling ingredient measurements, kitchen maintenance, product sample organization, dish and tool maintenance
Cleaning, organization and maintenance of Test Kitchen alongside other bakers
Ability to pivot and take constructive criticism
Qualifications
Excellent cleaning skills and organizational efforts required
Utah Food Handlers Permit
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Highly organized and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to create structure and prioritize work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in ambiguity

Working Conditions
Working on the R&D team exposes the worker to loud equipment noise levels, hotter/cooler temperatures, and standing on your feet for the majority of the work day. There is also regular exposure to hot ovens, large mixers, and various professional cooking equipment that require attention to safety
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform in a professional kitchen environment as well as the potential to work in an office setting. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds and regularly bakery equipment or ingredients up to 50 pounds
