The Internal Content Specialist assists in the production of training content, under the direction of the Manager of Internal Content Producing. Prepares materials and performs kitchen tasks for internal content production, Crumbl operational skills, coordination of ingredients. May be required to assist in mixing and baking of Crumbl cookies, as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
Help Manager of Training Content Producing with project management and other content production coordination
Assist in creating Crumbl HQ’s Training content
Video production set-up (setting up lights, cameras, audio, etc)
Review content to catch errors or operational inconsistencies
Occasionally host videos, if willing
May be required to mix Crumbl cookie dough to perfection, as needed

Qualifications
6+ months of experience working in a Crumbl kitchen or similar environment
Excellent mixing skills, preferably using Hobart mixers
Ability to closely follow detailed instructions
Time management and organizational skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Extra credit: Experience presenting in front of a camera, ability to read and present information in an engaging way
Experience setting up video production equipment: Cameras, audio equipment, and lighting equipment
Working Conditions
This job operates in both a professional office environment as well as: Crumbl Cookies HQ office, the Crumbl Training Facility, and the Corporate Flagship Store. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, online file management software, and Crumbl-specific technology

Q.What would I do as a Crumbl baker/driver? A.Each day, you'll strive to provide high-quality cookies in an efficient, professional manner by processing and preparing orders for customers, making and balling dough, frosting and topping cookies as well as driving as needed.
Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, take orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service. Read and understand Crumbl recipes. Weigh and shape cookie dough. Frost and decorate cookies.
