  • 3 tablespoon Gluten Free flour blend or rice flour
  • 3 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • cups sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt start with 1 teaspoon and add to taste
  • Pinch white pepper
  • Pinch ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, stir 3 tablespoons Gluten Free flour into 3 tablespoons melted butter and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.

  • Gradually whisk in 1 cup heavy cream until smooth, then whisk in 2 cups milk. Simmer gently until the sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon, about 5 minutes.

  • Remove from the heat and whisk in 2 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, 4 ounces cubed cream cheese and ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  • Season with salt, white pepper and ground cayenne pepper.
